JMS CREATE is a real estate development and general contracting company based in Long Beach, CA. JMSred has been buying, managing, and selling small (8-25 units) multi-family apartment buildings in Long Beach, California on behalf of investors since 2011. While managing in excess of 200 units the JMS staff has handled a range of issues including main line plumbing leaks, eletrical submetering, and full renovations of small homes. Beginning in 2024, JMSred expanded to serve third party clients.

The team at JMS CREATE has an extensive history of renovating vintage properties in the Long Beach area.

What is your favorite tool?

Personally I like any tool that makes my life easier. I am a firm believer in "there's a right tool for every job."

If you could buld anything without a budget what would it be?

I think it would be really neat to build a log cabin in the woods with all the modern amenities on the inside, just starting from scratch in the wilderness.

What's your favorite part of the job?

When the job is complete! I have a lot of pride in my work and I love when clients love the finished product.

How many times have you had to exlain that "just winging" it isn't an approved constuction method?

I can't count that high! "Winging it" might get the job done, but your quaility will suffer. It's always best to get someone with the experience for the best results.

Fun fact:

I'm a big fan of outdoor activities, whether it's snowboarding, surfing, or camping. I'm also a huge fan of classic Japanese cars and attend multiple shows a year with my own vehicle.
